Meet the Founder
Hi, I'm Phoebe.
I'm an AfN Registered Associate Nutritionist, strength coach, and yoga teacher with a BSc in Sport and Exercise Science from Loughborough and an MSc in Clinical and Public Health Nutrition from UCL. I have over 8 years of coaching experience, as well as working in healthcare for Bupa and researching REDs in postmenopausal and perimenopausal women
Something that still surprises me is how little support exists for women navigating perimenopause and menopause, despite the fact that every single woman will (hopefully) experience it. The women I work with are wise, capable and strong, and yet the healthcare system is consistently failing them. That's what drove me to start The Rebalance Collective. Because there is nothing more rewarding than watching someone who has been dismissed, confused and exhausted finally start to feel like herself again.
I won't tell you to eat less and exercise more, or give you a meal plan that ignores your life, and I certainly won't dismiss what you're feeling just because your blood tests came back normal. Everything I do combines clinical nutrition with exercise science because the two are inseparable, especially during this stage in life. The result is a plan built entirely around you, for results to last you the rest of your life.

For the 3-month packages, if you need longer that is not a problem. After the 3-months you can have the option to continue to be supported in a capacity that suits you and your needs best which can be discussed.
The exercise programme package is on a rolling subscription rather than a 3-month commitment.
