The 3-Month Menopause Rebalance

This 3-month coaching programme is designed for the woman who are tired of feeling flat, mentally drained, and not quite herself.  If your energy has disappeared, your mood feels unpredictable, and your body doesn’t respond the way it used to, you’re not imagining it, and you don’t have to navigate it alone. With a personalised nutrition roadmap, targeted exercise plans, and expert, ongoing support you will have everything you need to achieve results that last. We’ll work together to tackle the things that are holding you back- whether it’s stubborn weight gain, crashing energy, sleepless nights, or relentless brain fog. You’ll feel stronger in your body, clearer in your mind, and more in control of your hormones without extremes or restrictions because life is still meant to be lived.

  • Biweekly 30-minute Momentum Calls – Regular check-ins to track progress, troubleshoot the hard weeks and keep your plan evolving with you.

  • 5-Day Messaging Support – Me in your pocket, Monday to Friday, with replies within 24 hours on working days, so you're never left guessing between calls.

  • Biomarker Testing Guidance – Where relevant, I'll flag which biomarkers are worth discussing with your GP, so you can get clearer insight into what's going on beneath the surface.

How it works

  • We start with your Clarity Call and a full picture of where you're at. I audit your nutrition, movement and supplements, and we build your personalised roadmap. The focus this month is steadying the foundations.

  • Now we layer up. We bring in targeted nutrition and strength-based movement to support your hormones, muscle and bone health, and we tackle the things stealing your sleep and spiking your stress. This is usually where clients notice the shift with steadier moods, better sleep, and clothes starting to feel like yours again.

  • The final month is about making it stick without me. We fine-tune what's working, build the habits into your real life so they last, and map out how you'll keep going independently to feel stronger, clearer and back in control of your body.

    The exercise programme package is on a rolling subscription rather than a 3-month commitment.
