Who I am

I'm Phoebe, a Registered Associate Nutritionist, strength coach, and yoga teacher based in London.

I spent years working in health and fitness before specialising in female physiology and menopausal health. What I kept seeing frustrated me: women being told their symptoms were just "part of ageing," given generic advice that ignored their changing biology, or sold expensive supplements that did nothing.

I built The Rebalance Collective to be the opposite of that.

My Approach

Everything I do is evidence-based and entirely personalised. I combine clinical nutrition with exercise science because you can't separate the two especially during [peri]menopause. I don't do restriction, one-size-fits-all, or dismissing your symptoms.

What I do believe in: working with your body, not against it. Understanding the why behind what you're experiencing. And building habits that actually last.

My Qualifications

  • BSc Sport and Exercise Science, Loughborough University (First Class Honours)

    • Dissertation: Ubiquinol Supplementation (CoQ10) duration and endurance cycling performance

  • MSc Clinical and Public Health Nutrition, UCL

    • Dissertation: A Pilot Study on Relative Energy Deficiency in Sport (REDs) in perimenopausal and menopausal women

  • AfN Registered Associate Nutritionist (ANutr)

  • Level 3 Diploma in Personal Training (with over 8 years of coaching and programming strength)

  • Qualified Yoga Teacher (200hr YTT, 30hr Yin TT, 30hr Restorative Yoga TT)
